Who we are
JAPRI LLC (Florida, USA) operates the Soria Value Creation Advisory brand and is the data controller. For any privacy request, contact [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you submit — the contact form fields, including your consent record, and booking details through Cal.com — plus cookieless aggregate analytics. No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no profiling, no sale or sharing of personal data. We do not ask for sensitive data; please do not submit it.
Why we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to schedule and hold an introductory call, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. There is no newsletter and no marketing opt-in, so we send no marketing email.
Legal bases
Your consent, given through the form checkbox (Panama Law 81 of 2019; Costa Rica Law 8968), and steps taken at your own request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). You may withdraw consent at any time by email, without affecting processing already carried out.
Where the data goes
We use four service providers, each processing only what its function requires. Cal.com sets its own cookies only after you click to load the booking widget.

International transfers
Your data is processed in the United States and in other countries where these providers operate. You consent to this through the form checkbox, and each provider applies its own contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted from our records after 24 months. Client records are kept for the engagement term plus the period tax law requires. On its current plan, our form provider stores submissions for 30 days before deleting them from its system.
Your rights
Free of charge: access, rectification, cancellation or erasure, objection and portability (Panama Law 81 ARCO rights plus portability); access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (GDPR and UK GDPR); and the equivalent rights under Costa Rica Law 8968. To exercise any of them, email [email protected]. We respond without undue delay and within the period the applicable law requires.
Complaints
You may complain to your data protection authority — for example ANTAI in Panama, PRODHAB in Costa Rica, or the supervisory authority of your country of residence in the EU or UK.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. Access to inquiry data is limited to Jaime Soria.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date below changes with it.
